Dear purchaser!
In these terms and conditions ´The Seller´ means BEAUTYFOR.EE and ´The Buyer´ means the purchaser of goods from ´The Seller´ under these terms and conditions.
We guarantee the most convenient terms of purchase in accordance with the Consumers’ rights protection department of Estonia.
Registration
For the purpose of processing and fulfilling an order, you register and provide BEAUTYFOR.EE with the information needed and agree to terms and conditions of online store.
The user acquires the user’s name and password. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account and password and for restricting access to the computer to prevent unauthorised access to the account.
The user agrees to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under his/her account or password.
The user must ensure that the password is kept confidential.
Return policy
Goods can be returned within 14 days, unused, in perfect condition and sent back in it´s original packaging. An apptopriate application must be sent to the e-mail: beautyfor@beautyfor.ee or the Buyer must fill in a PRODUCTS RETURN form stating the reason of goods return. The money will be sent to the customer's account with the first possibility no later than 30 days after goods returned. BE AWARE postage will not be refunded (the exception are the goods that didn't fit the ordered ones). The Seller accepts no responsibility for damaged items on the fault of the Buyer, for the damaged items due to inappropriate use, for items used to a full extent.
